WHAT IS THE
NYTALITY METHOD?

The Nytality Method came out of Todd Nyholm's lifelong search for methods that would benefit his health, develop an extraordinary vitality and a fulfilled life. The system has a few dozen methods based on life principles to impact your life in some direct ways. There is also a hands-on system that works directly with a practitioner and a client.

We all suffer our own minds. Society tries to tell us to be one way, but we don’t all fit into the box it tries to put us in. Often we don’t know ourselves well at all and we don’t know how to wisely work with our own minds, bodies and emotions. So we suffer.
